First of all, we have been testing tanks, ships and airplanes in one battle for a long time, we tried different variants, but the battle between tanks and ships cannot be balanced in such a way that it was interesting to play. A tank can't do anything to a ship that has moved far away from the shore.

Secondly, aviation in tank battles operates quite differently than in naval battles. In tank battles a fully realistic physical model of airplanes and helicopters is used, which required a complete redesign of the balance of air equipment.

So in fact our naval combat and tank combat modes are two different games, albeit in the same spirit.
